Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technical training sessions (live and online) to clients and partners on platform fundamentals and building pricing models using AI agents and product tooling.
  • •Build and maintain course content including online modules, video tutorials, and workshop materials aligned to product releases and client needs.
  • •Support certification assessments and practical exercises where candidates build real pricing tools in the platform.
  • •Partner with Product, Customer, and Partnerships teams to translate new features into client-ready training from day one.
  • •Contribute to partner enablement by onboarding external delivery partners and helping maintain course health and documentation accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Have delivered training, workshops, or technical explanations to non-technical or semi-technical audiences, with examples of material you built or taught.
  • •Study Computer Science (or a related technical discipline) or have hands-on programming comfort (e.g., Python or similar) through experience.
  • •Have worked hands-on with SaaS tools and APIs (even without a formal software engineering background).
  • •Take initiative to build or improve course/process/learning content rather than just following a fixed template.
  • •Communicate clearly with clients and external stakeholders, adapting technical depth to the audience; thrive when scope shifts and briefs aren’t fully defined.
