Key Responsibilities

  • •Run Global Procurement’s S2P platforms as products—owning end-to-end strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and value realization across sourcing, contract lifecycle management, procure-to-pay, supplier/catalog enablement, and analytics/reporting platforms.
  • •Lead platform operations, integration, and health: stability, configuration/release, testing, incident/problem management, and ensuring clean integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba core systems.
  • •Own supplier-supported and third-party products, including escalation, supplier performance management (reviews, SLAs, demos), licensing, renewals, and end-of-life transitions.
  • •Product-manage analytics and reporting platforms used by the data analytics team—measuring adoption/usage and refining roadmaps based on decision confidence and reduced rework.
  • •Lead a Hyderabad-based team and partner across DTAI pillars, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Compliance—enabling proactive, agent-embedded operating models and driving adoption through change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • •13+ years in enterprise platform, digital product, or Source-to-Pay application management, including 5+ years leading platform/digital product delivery and operations and 3+ years leading teams.
  • •At least 5 years in a large, multi-region enterprise (5,000+ employees) with environments running on SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
  • •Deep, hands-on ownership of a Source-to-Pay platform landscape (including sourcing, contract lifecycle management, procure-to-pay, supplier/catalog enablement, and procurement analytics) and strong knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.
  • •Proven end-to-end product ownership (vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value realization) with experience managing supplier-supported/third-party products and driving analytics adoption beyond usage.
