Build and deepen relationships with consumer and business clients through proactive outreach and follow-up across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess clients’ banking needs, recommend deposit and loan products, and provide an optimal client experience by processing transactions and service requests. Open new accounts, submit credit applications, educate clients on digital/self-service tools, and partner with branch teams to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
