Key Responsibilities

•Participate in R&D to explore new frontiers in 3D avatar generative models, including advanced 3D geometry, texturing, human reconstruction, and animation techniques.
•Contribute to project discussions with innovative ideas for 3D modeling and avatar generation/animation.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine 3D avatar generative models and transform advanced technology into PICO products.
•Document research findings clearly and contribute to research publications, patents, and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or above in Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Mathematics, Game Design, Digital Arts, Animation, or related fields.
•Solid research and practical experience in 3D face/head/hand/full-body modeling, editing, and driving, including explicit/implicit representations such as NeRF, 3DGS, and Codec Avatar.
•Experience with generative modeling (e.g., Diffusion or Transformer models) for 3D/4D reconstruction and generation.
•Proficient in algorithm design and implementation with strong programming skills (e.g., Python/C/C++).
•Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
