Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and develop design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects in accordance with discipline leaders’ requirements.
  • •Provide architectural guidance, calculations, specifications, analysis, studies, and recommendations for a specialized segment of the discipline within schedule and budget.
  • •Produce architectural detailing through construction documents using Revit, and develop specifications using SpecsIntact.
  • •Perform construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals.
  • •Conduct QA/QC reviews as assigned, coordinate design activities with other engineering disciplines, and perform field verification and site travel as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture plus six (6) years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
  • •United States Citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
  • •Experience on federal projects with knowledge of UFC and UFGS (preferred).
  • •LEED credentials and experience with SpecsIntact (preferred).
