Associate Director- Cost Management

Lead cost management services for key client(s), providing direction and embedding Turner & Townsend’s values and delivery methodologies across projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for overall commercial status, managing quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee cost management and project controls services, drive best practice, and deliver financial management using internal software, KPIs, and business management systems.
