  • •Develop and maintain Core/Edge Data Center and hardware infrastructure for real-time requirements, including server, network, power, and environmental lifecycles.
  • •Track and mitigate systemic issues preventing hosts from returning to service.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and recommend changes to prevent recurring critical problems and improve automation.
  • •Coordinate datacenter operations best practices across breakfix, install, decom, and related procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience working in large-scale Data Center Infrastructure environments, including planning, executing, and documenting server and networking repairs.
  • •Extensive experience installing, monitoring, and maintaining server and network equipment, including new server and network provisioning.
  • •In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
  • •Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and perform critical troubleshooting to resolve emergent, high-impact issues.
  • •Ability to occasionally lift 75 pounds and participate in an on-call rotation for critical infrastructure.
