Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary client-facing cost lead to ensure service excellence and achievement of objectives.
  • •Develop baseline budgets, oversee financial controls across the project lifecycle, and integrate cost, schedule, and scope for holistic program control.
  • •Present senior/executive cost updates, commercial positions, recommendations, and monthly cost reporting.
  • •Lead procurement and commercial activities including pricing reviews, scope validation, commercial negotiations, change orders, claims, and final accounts.
  • •Drive value engineering and cost optimization, support cost risk analysis and scenario planning, and maintain cost data and built-cost records.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Data center construction experience is required.
  • •5–7+ years of cost management or project controls experience within mission-critical, high-tech, industrial, or large-scale capital projects.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in estimating, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control systems.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement strategies and commercial management of contractor/vendor contracts.
