Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Supplier Quality Assurance for Electricals, Electronics & Controls aligned with India regional growth.
  • •Drive supplier quality performance improvement from FPQ through execution of serial production orders.
  • •Manage onboarding of new suppliers using Supplier Scorecards, recommending improvements and ensuring supplier compliance.
  • •Use quality tools to identify risks, define mitigation plans, and lead robust root cause analysis using DMAIC/APOLLO RCA to eliminate issues.
  • •Conduct audits across process, product, and quality systems (including SSRP/Compliance, Eyes always Open) and mentor suppliers to deliver on time with full compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering with 10+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, electronics manufacturing, or vendor development.
  • •Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
  • •Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support supplier qualification, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • •Strong EHS awareness and understanding of applicable environmental, health and safety regulations.
  • •Expertise in electrical/electronics standards and electronics manufacturing processes, including PCBA/assembly and quality/inspection methods.
