Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Children’s House (3–6) classroom in a Montessori environment, using close observation and individualized guidance to support children’s academic, social, and emotional development. Prepare and maintain an orderly, beautiful classroom that fosters concentration and independence, deliver small-group and individualized lessons (practical life, literacy, math, and more), and build strong relationships with families through clear communication and collaboration.
