Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project and program schedules in Primavera P6 within a multi-project environment.
  • •Integrate schedule information from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and construction teams into master program schedules.
  • •Monitor schedule performance, progress updates, and forecasting to identify delays, constraints, and recovery opportunities.
  • •Perform schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, and what-if scenario modeling; recommend corrective actions based on variances.
  • •Prepare and present integrated reporting, dashboards, status reports, schedule narratives, and executive-level presentations to internal and client stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
  • •Understanding of best practices for delivering a construction program and mission-critical environments (commissioning preferred).
  • •Construction “boots on the ground” site-level experience and familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing.
  • •Capable of producing detailed concept-level schedules from limited information, identifying phases and dependencies.
  • •BS degree in Engineering or Business (or demonstrated equivalent experience); AACE PSP certification beneficial (EIT preferred).
