Own planning and scheduling for mission-critical data center construction projects across the U.S. Build, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules in Primavera P6, incorporating inputs from engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and construction. Monitor schedule performance, run critical path and schedule risk analysis, and support recovery recommendations. Deliver schedule narratives and executive-level reporting while partnering with project and construction teams to preserve schedule integrity.
