Key Requirements

  • •Shipped and owned full-stack apps in production end-to-end (frontend through backend to deploy and operate).
  • •5+ years shipping production software, including 2+ years building with LLMs in production with real users.
  • •Hands-on experience with UI protocols for generative/agent-driven interfaces (e.g., A2UI, AG-UI, MCP-UI).
  • •AI spine skills: prompt/context engineering, agents, tool use, structured outputs, evals, and MCP in Python plus TypeScript/Node + React.
  • •Experience with retrieval/embeddings and SQL, plus comfort with async, streaming, and observability.
