Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead redesign activities for end-of-life components in RF Test & Measurement products to extend lifecycle and maintain availability and business growth.
  • •Redesign and validate circuits across analog, power supply, RF, and microwave domains, including discrete and IC-based designs.
  • •Evaluate and qualify alternative components while minimizing impact to hardware architecture, software functionality, and product calibration requirements.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing teams to incorporate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) improvements that enhance quality, yield, and reliability.
  • •Perform failure analysis, document technical findings and corrective actions, and develop debug tools, troubleshooting guides, and training materials to support engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience in hardware design, sustaining engineering, or RF/analog product development.
