CLO Compliance Services Analyst

Ensure regulatory excellence for investment management clients by producing daily compliance deliverables, performing reconciliations against trustee reports, and investigating variances. Monitor cash collection, payments, and reserves, and act as the team’s subject matter expert for CLO compliance needs. Handle client inquiries on collateral attributes and transactions, coordinate resolution across internal groups, and partner with Service Delivery Managers and Account Specialists to improve client satisfaction while leading special projects.
