Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the software development lifecycle by planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying features for healthcare technology.
  • •Help build, maintain, and optimize data infrastructure, including data ingestion pipelines and monitoring data workflows.
  • •Support data exploration, model development, evaluation, and experimentation to derive and communicate insights from healthcare data.
  • •Collaborate with experienced engineers on project work aligned to your skills, interests, and academic background.
  • •Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and workflow automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Must live in the Kansas City metro area.
  • •Be able to work without visa sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Juniors and above preferred (2+ years of degree experience).
  • •Experience or interest in data/engineering topics such as Python/SQL, data pipelines/ETL/ELT, and/or analytics and machine learning.
