Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and maintain automated systems and perform independent fault analysis and resolution
•Optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity of production equipment
•Design and implement automation functions by developing and programming control programs for machines and plants
•Document changes, malfunctions, and solutions
•Verify compliance with standards and safety requirements and collaborate closely with other departments, especially operational technology and production

Key Requirements

•Completed training as Meister/Techniker or a Bachelor in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification with practical automation and maintenance experience
•Several years of relevant professional experience in automation, maintenance, and organizational environments
•Basic knowledge of SPS programming and automation systems
•Independent, self-responsible working style with willingness for continuous learning and continuous improvement
•Good German and English skills (spoken and written), plus MS Office knowledge and strong communication and teamwork
