Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools with blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays while enforcing safety and recording asset use and condition.
