Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the hands-on strategy lead for day-to-day execution of migrating to a modernized core platform.
  • •Bridge the gap between Core program vision and technical reality across 5 platforms and 3 tenants.
  • •Manage the product backlog and scope workstreams to ensure critical Day 1 and Day 2 milestones are met.
  • •Partner with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and ensure operational readiness for agents and customers.
  • •Drive integrated problem-solving across Channels, Shared Services, Servicing Strategy, and the program team/LOBs to launch solutions successfully.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related), or Business/Marketing, or a bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • •At least 4 years of Product Management experience if holding a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • •Deep understanding of product delivery and technical dependencies to bridge product vision with technical reality.
  • •Ability to manage and scope a product backlog to deliver critical Day 1 and Day 2 milestones.
  • •Partner effectively with Tech Leads and Product Owners to resolve data gaps, finalize solutioning, and drive operational readiness.
