Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair fixed plant equipment and process systems, including pumps, compressors, boilers, fans, and valves.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance activities such as filter changes, seal inspections, oil level checks, lubrication servicing, and equipment adjustments.
  • •Carry out welding and fabrication tasks to support maintenance and repair.
  • •Operate mobile and material-handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, overhead cranes, boom trucks) in accordance with safety procedures.
  • •Maintain equipment and facilities in compliance with MSHA and other regulatory/company standards, including keeping accurate maintenance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in fixed plant or process maintenance, preferably in mining, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environments.
  • •Ability to communicate and coordinate maintenance activities with operations, engineering, and other support departments.
  • •Working knowledge of pump, motor, and gearbox installation, repair, and rebuild.
  • •Experience with compressor teardown and rebuild activities.
  • •Understanding of hydraulic system fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
