Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Provider Services point of contact for assigned CCEs, building working relationships and understanding provider network needs.
  • •Conduct regular outreach to identify provider concerns, access issues, emerging needs, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • •Support provider nominations and referrals by documenting, researching, tracking, and routing requests through provider affiliation and recruitment processes.
  • •Coordinate across Provider Network/Contracting and other operational teams to address practitioner, facility, and HDO needs, and provide CCE status updates.
  • •Facilitate communication and resolution of escalated provider issues; maintain accurate interaction, outreach, nomination, and escalation documentation in workflow systems.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in provider relations/services, healthcare operations, health plan operations, network management, or a related healthcare environment.
  • •Working knowledge of provider enrollment, credentialing, provider data, contracting/participation, claims, and provider lifecycle processes.
  • •Strong relationship management and communication skills with demonstrated follow-through.
  • •Ability to coordinate issues across multiple operational departments while maintaining ownership of the stakeholder experience.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with workflow, CRM, ticketing, or provider management systems preferred.
