Job Summary

GTM-focused technical sales role designing and demoing Sierra’s Agent product, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive the GTM strategy, and leading early conversations with Enterprise customers to understand and translate their business challenges into Sierra solutions.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product as a GTM technical expert, offering technical solutions to customer needs and answering technical questions about our solutions.
•Collaborate directly with Sales, Product and Agent Engineering teams to drive the GTM function and continuously improve Agents through customer-driven product development.
•Lead and support customers as a GTM and technical leader in early conversations, understanding and anticipating their needs to advance Sierra’s AI solutions.
•Contribute to the sales process with enterprise customers by mapping business problems to Sierra capabilities and articulating value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction of strategic accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 120,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
•Past experience in demo building, presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function.
•Experience in relationship-building with potential customers, including executives and technical leaders.
•Experience in leading the sales process with Enterprise customers.
•Ability to connect a prospect’s specific business problems and Sierra’s solutions and explain them to both a technical and non-technical audience.
