Job Summary

Use your engineering background to drive technical selling with Emerson’s strategic customers in India, building relationships with EPCs and licensors and helping secure global preference for Fisher control valve products. Collaborate with global and local sales teams on account plans and growth metrics, influence customer specifications, lead technical training and marketing seminars, and provide ongoing technical support throughout the procurement and project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers, EPCs, and licensors, driving global preference for control valve products.
•Collaborate with global Industry Sales and local India teams on account targets, strategic sales plans, support coverage, and growth metrics.
•Manage and influence customer specifications by aligning Fisher products cost-effectively to meet or exceed requirements and ensuring strategic compliance.
•Lead technical training and marketing seminars, and coordinate Marcom/social media and sales tools to accelerate adoption of Flow Control products.
•Provide ongoing technical support through procurement/project cycles and support project teams with early engagement, pricing strategy, and technical/commercial follow-up.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience.
•5+ years of experience as a sales/application engineer.
