Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop GenAI applications from first idea through productive deployment using Python and modern AI frameworks.
  • •Design and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent systems, and build RAG architectures integrating foundation and large language models into secure enterprise environments.
  • •Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs, data platforms, enterprise applications, and legacy systems, and build robust data pipelines.
  • •Implement production readiness capabilities such as evaluation, monitoring, and observability, ensuring quality, security, privacy, scalability, and latency requirements.
  • •Conduct technical discovery sessions and engineering workshops with customers, translating requirements into solution architectures and collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience, plus multi-year software/AI/Machine Learning engineering experience.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing production-ready AI or GenAI applications.
  • •Practical experience with LLMs and agentic AI (prompt engineering, foundation models, agent workflows or multi-agent systems) using frameworks such as LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit, LangChain, or CrewAI.
  • •Experience with RAG architectures including embeddings and vector databases, integrating them into modern AI applications.
  • •Experience building and operating distributed/cloud-based AI systems, including APIs, containerized applications, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and reliable AI operations.
