Partner Engagement Manager, HQDA

Own the end-to-end customer relationship for HQDA, driving adoption of the Onebrief product until nearly all HQDA workflows are using it. Lead renewal and expansion efforts to grow accounts each year, clearly translate user needs to the product team, and maintain high product proficiency. Support customers through exercises and incident response, providing both face-to-face and remote support while coordinating with customer engineering teams to deliver improvements.
