Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor and uphold Fitness First brand standards.
  • •Engage with members, providing fitness expertise, motivational support, and exercise correction for safety and effectiveness.
  • •Deliver personal training programs and provide unrivalled session delivery and support to clients.
  • •Maintain clean, fully operational facilities and educate/enforce Fitness First etiquette and club regulations.
  • •Complete KPI delivery and administrative tasks: update training sessions and rosters in the Fitness Enterprise System, manage bookings, and support compliance with session/contract requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or equivalent, or working towards (enrolled).
  • •Complete MY ZONE, 6D, and RISE training via the Fitness First Education Academy.
  • •Maintain REPs certification by completing CPD points per year.
  • •Ability to conduct personal training sessions and deliver new member induction sessions to company standards.
