Cook I ($21.00/hour and $1,500 Sign on Bonus)

Prepare and cook a variety of foods in quantity for federal facilities in Florence, AZ, including soups, meats, fish, vegetables, and baked goods. Plan cooking schedules, test foods for doneness, and ensure timely delivery to pods. Support detainees’ special diets, maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards, and assist with training and daily kitchen operations under the supervision of the Cook II.
