Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the Reputation Engine: create messaging spine, develop a proof map, and turn milestones into compounding credibility
  • •Run founder and company voice with high taste: weekly input loop, draft-review-publish, and ship high-signal content across multiple formats
  • •Build recruiting conversion assets: create Why Valon deck, FAQ, proof appendix, role sell-sheets, and collaborate with RecOps to iterate outcomes
  • •Distribution and credibility: map distribution channels, drive earned distribution, and focus on owned assets that move candidates in-funnel
  • •Over time, support fundraising credibility by producing external proof and coherence across the organization

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional writing and editing with strong operating instincts; ability to compress complexity into a credible narrative that others repeat
  • •Proven ability to craft founder voice that is specific, opinionated, and true (not hypey)
  • •Experience building measurable systems for credibility and conversion, including proof gathering and distribution
  • •Strong collaboration skills with recruiting, product, design, and leadership to instrument outcomes and iterate fast
  • •Ability to ship weekly content across multiple formats (short-form, long-form, deep dives) with high signal and impact
