Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and prioritize firewall product features, weighing engineering tradeoffs with firmware teams.
  • •Organize and triage requests from the support team and triage bugs identified by QE.
  • •Collaborate with backend, frontend, and models teams to ensure the product works across APIs, dashboard UI/UX, and autonomous models.
  • •Join customer QBR calls and translate customer needs into a weekly roadmap with the cofounder.
  • •Partner with QE to ensure releases are stable and easy to deploy while focusing decisions on customer outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 275,000 annually
