Job Summary

Own the roadmap for enterprise firewall, routing, and SD-WAN features, partnering closely with firmware, backend, frontend, QE, and modeling teams. Translate customer outcomes into prioritized initiatives such as Site-to-Site VPN, ACLs, BGP and AutoVPN, DNS security, and IDS/IPS. Triage issues, weigh engineering tradeoffs, join customer QBRs, and ensure releases are stable and easy to deploy while building aligned cross-team execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and prioritize firewall product features, weighing engineering tradeoffs with firmware teams.
•Organize and triage requests from the support team and triage bugs identified by QE.
•Collaborate with backend, frontend, and models teams to ensure the product works across APIs, dashboard UI/UX, and autonomous models.
•Join customer QBR calls and translate customer needs into a weekly roadmap with the cofounder.
•Partner with QE to ensure releases are stable and easy to deploy while focusing decisions on customer outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,000 - 275,000 annually
