Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform quality inspections and complete general, brake, engine, and heating/air conditioning repairs.
  • •Handle steering and suspension repairs, including 4-wheel alignments, plus safety inspections and diagnostics from quality opportunities.
  • •Ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Mechanical Quality Standards and maintain shop compliance with CarMax, OSHA, and EPA policies.
  • •Drive vehicles to and from various locations as requested by the manager.
  • •Maintain, repair, and clean CarMax-provided tools, equipment, and workspaces; provide outstanding customer service at all times.
