Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and site policies for managing customer property
  • •Perform transactional activity and reporting for designated programs and interface with site leadership to ensure compliant processes
  • •Support internal and third-party assessments/audits and drive corrective actions identified
  • •Establish, implement, and monitor designated business plans assigned by management
  • •Generate and provide accurate property status reports and metrics for management and customers; conduct property closeout activities and disposition actions as needed

Key Requirements

  • •Physical inventory and material handling experience (ability to lift 25 lbs)
  • •National Property Management Association certification preferred (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM)
  • •FAR/DFARS knowledge and ability to read/apply regulatory requirements and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or comparable ERP, MS SharePoint, Sunflower, PIEE
