Lead governance and government-property compliance for RTX/Collins Aerospace projects onsite in Phoenix. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance to contract requirements, regulations, and site policies for managing customer property
•Perform transactional activity and reporting for designated programs and interface with site leadership to ensure compliant processes
•Support internal and third-party assessments/audits and drive corrective actions identified
•Establish, implement, and monitor designated business plans assigned by management
•Generate and provide accurate property status reports and metrics for management and customers; conduct property closeout activities and disposition actions as needed

Key Requirements

•University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of experience
•Previous Government Property Management experience
•Physical inventory and material handling experience (ability to lift 25 lbs)
•National Property Management Association certification preferred (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM)
•FAR/DFARS knowledge and ability to read/apply regulatory requirements and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or comparable ERP, MS SharePoint, Sunflower, PIEE
