Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the global General Construction category strategy and sourcing activities.
  • •Support sourcing processes including RFI/RFQ/RFP preparation, bid evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.
  • •Support supplier relationship management, KPI monitoring, performance reviews, and supplier development opportunities.
  • •Identify and support cost-saving initiatives, value engineering, and lifecycle cost reductions while tracking category spend and savings.
  • •Collaborate with Global Network and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment of category strategy with business and sustainability objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of procurement experience with exposure to construction, retail fit-out, store development, or related indirect procurement categories.
  • •A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a similar field.
  • •Good knowledge of construction procurement, contracting, and tendering processes.
  • •Experience with negotiation and vendor/supplier relationship management, including bid and commercial evaluations.
  • •Ability to collaborate across departments in a global or cross-functional environment.
