Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and validate capacity models to meet fab output requirements and production goals.
  • •Verify capacity modeling accuracy to prevent surprises after bottom-up estimation.
  • •Conduct capacity analysis and propose capital optimization plans, including timing for required capital.
  • •Bridge the Plan-to-Performance (P2P) gap by partnering with ME, HR, and HVM-Planning teams with comprehensive feedback.
  • •Work with ATE, Satellite-Team, MCT, and partner fabs to plan future capacity needs and close workstation performance gaps using scenario changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Apply industrial engineering concepts to model capacity thresholds and support existing and future technologies.
  • •Lead capacity modeling projects that coordinate across departments and sites to achieve production metrics.
  • •Develop models reflecting fab output capabilities and facilitate technology node transition conversion processes.
  • •Analyze raw data with statistical tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • •Manipulate and retrieve data using Structured Query Language (SQL) and understand relational database models and normalization.
