Job Summary

Support Fortinet’s Financial Services & Insurance customers across the UK as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. Lead technical engagements from discovery and solution design through proof-of-concept and deployment, translating business and technical requirements into scalable Fortinet architectures. Deliver product demonstrations and executive whiteboarding sessions, collaborate with sales and partners, and maintain accurate RFI/RFP and Salesforce technical documentation while staying current on cybersecurity trends for the FSI sector.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle, including discovery workshops, solution design, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
•Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable Fortinet architectures.
•Deliver product demonstrations, architecture workshops, and executive-level whiteboarding sessions.
•Partner with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to develop security strategies aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
•Support RFI/RFP responses and maintain accurate technical documentation within Salesforce.

Key Requirements

•Experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or another customer-facing technical role.
•Experience working with Financial Services or Insurance customers, or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
•Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SOC technologies, Cloud Security, and Secure Access.
•Experience designing solutions for complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
•Industry certifications such as NSE, CISSP, CCNP (or equivalent) are advantageous.
