Key Responsibilities

  • •Measure all elements required for preparation of the cost plan.
  • •Price individual items within a cost plan from first principles, including market engagement where required.
  • •Prepare cost reports.
  • •Assess tender returns and prepare tender recommendation reports.
  • •Assess contractor variations and payment claims, and prepare recommendations; compile benchmarking and market intelligence data using Hive.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of post-graduate experience.
  • •Be an AIQS of RICS member or be currently on the pathway to membership.
  • •Experience using CostX is preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience across the life cycle of projects, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract activities.
