Coordinate internal and manage external counsel for M&A due diligence, including evaluating potential targets and presenting findings. Provide legal analysis and advice on deal structure, and draft and negotiate deal documents. Support divestitures from preparation through structuring, and lead deal team integration with coordinated law department efforts. Develop and improve playbooks, processes, and training to strengthen repeatable execution.
