Job Summary

Haul liquid fertilizer products to local customer sites and support site operations when driving is slow. Prepare trucks/railcars and equipment for loading/unloading, perform loading/unloading and inventory quality checks, and conduct recorded repairs and maintenance. Ensure safe delivery and full compliance with laws, including pre/post-trip reporting and hours of service, while maintaining clean work areas and vehicles and assisting with warehouse and grounds tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Haul liquid fertilizer products to local customer sites and work site operations when driving is slow.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading (sampling, opening hatches, attaching/detaching hoses) and load/unload agricultural inputs using equipment.
•Conduct and record repairs and maintenance tasks and monitor inventory quality.
•Deliver products safely and accurately while ensuring compliance with all laws, including pre-/post-trip reporting and hours of service.
•Maintain clean, safe work areas and vehicles, and perform additional duties such as grounds maintenance (e.g., snow removal) and warehouse support (including forklift operation).

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of operations and/or trucking operations.
•Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
•Must meet the minimum age requirement.
•A Class A CDL is required (Class B drivers may be supported to upgrade).
•A tanker endorsement is required (company will help obtain if needed).
