  • •Drive account growth and retention by partnering with Account Executives on wire harness and electronics-adjacent opportunities.
  • •Engage customers, manage manufacturing partner micronetworks, and execute major projects from requirements to manufacturing work instructions.
  • •Develop procedures and guidelines so Xometry can digest and execute electromechanical projects.
  • •Troubleshoot WIP and guide operations teams to successful outcomes while shepherding projects to delivery.
  • •Provide project management and oversight on complex opportunities, including travel to customer/partner sites as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing roles.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
  • •Deep familiarity with electromechanical manufacturing methods, materials, and specifications.
  • •Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST, and other compliance/certification requirements.
  • •Deep familiarity with IPC standards, gerber files, and harness and PCB testing equipment/procedures.
