Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationally lead successful execution of small to medium transformation/real estate programmes and materially impact large-scale programme delivery.
  • •Establish and embed programme governance frameworks for management and control, ensuring programme rigor and compliance.
  • •Drive stakeholder engagement processes and communication, including status reports and professional presentations for leadership forums.
  • •Support financial oversight by implementing and maintaining processes to manage and report programme financial aspects.
  • •Lead identification of programme risks and integrate appropriate safeguards, including health and safety considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven programme management experience delivering benefits and outcomes for clients/employers.
  • •Good command of current programme management frameworks (e.g., MSP, PMI) and disciplined governance practices.
  • •Programme and project delivery background in a construction environment, including understanding of construction project delivery models, procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •Experience with project controls methodologies, including schedule management, cost control, and risk/opportunity management at project and programme levels.
  • •Experience engaging clients and stakeholders with strong communication skills, including presenting data for decision-making, plus health and safety legislative understanding (e.g., CDM, Building Safety Act).
