Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an active member of the Lyndhurst Leadership Team, targeting Operational Excellence in safety, quality, supply, and efficiency.
  • •Structure and staff the process engineering department, and manage process engineering efforts to produce high-quality products via equipment process controls and new raw material/product introductions.
  • •Manage other process engineers and participate in capital expenditures and process capability improvement plans.
  • •Lead process improvement initiatives, including lean analysis, error-proofing, packaging efficiency, and process optimization to reduce COGs.
  • •Lead root cause analysis for process errors across departments and transfer preventative/corrective actions to the plant floor.
