Drive a premium VIP hospitality experience at Lakewood Amphitheatre by recognizing Live Nation executives and VIPs, serving as an information resource in lounges and music areas, and assisting guests with event timing and overall needs. •Maintain contact with manager, bar staff, and server regarding arrival of all guests to support smooth guest flow.
•Support post-show cleanup by picking up and sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, and guest relations.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings, and handle long show days up to 15 hours.
