Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies across G&A corporate disciplines.
  • •Develop talent landscapes and market intelligence by company, skillset, geography, and org structure, including competitor insights and hidden talent pools.
  • •Use advanced Boolean search, sourcing platforms, and creative channels to identify, engage, and attract specialized technical talent.
  • •Design, build, and continuously improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations to scale recruiter productivity and candidate discovery.
  • •Act as the sourcing SME by coaching recruiters and hiring managers, collaborating cross-functionally, and using analytics/experimentation to measure and improve sourcing effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of sourcing experience, ideally supporting G&A, corporate functions, or complex, high-growth organizations.
  • •Proven track record in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for highly specialized technical roles.
  • •Deep expertise in advanced Boolean search and sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, and GitHub.
  • •Experience operating as a consultative partner to recruiters and hiring managers, influencing strategy through talent intelligence.
  • •Hands-on experience building or leveraging AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions to improve recruiting or business processes.
