Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate storage, blending, milling, and packaging equipment to prepare and transfer materials to production through to finished goods inventory.
  • •Operate and monitor equipment and process to produce quality chemical intermediates and finished products to a pre-determined operations plan; provide troubleshooting; identify problems and communicate findings; adjust to optimize performance.
  • •Monitor DCS and take action to control the process; guide the field operator in their part of the production process.
  • •Provide input to management for nonconformance investigations and prepare documentation; generate statistical information to support process operations.
  • •Ensure safety equipment checklists are completed and equipment is functional and properly located.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.04 - 34.23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • •5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
  • •Ability to work in a team environment, rotating shifts, and coordinate multiple resources without direct supervision (evenings/weekends/holidays)
  • •Knowledge of mechanical equipment functionality
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required
