  • •Serve as product and engineering advocate by documenting and resolving implementation issues, securing client advocacy milestones, and maintaining portfolio hygiene in Kantata, Jira, Catalyst, and Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully manage onboarding programs or implementation consulting for Tier 1/Tier 2 SaaS customers and enterprise portfolios.
  • •Strong technical aptitude for enterprise architecture and ecosystem connectivity, including APIs, integrations, or SDK configurations.
  • •Lead adoption of AI platforms and AI agents to automate workflows and scale data/reporting operations.
  • •Fluency in English and proficiency in German or French is a major advantage.
