Job Summary

Own the P&L for the credit card portfolio, driving strategy development, program execution, and profit optimization. Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, and optimize product features and benefits. Partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams (Risk, Underwriting, Compliance, Legal, Ops, Phone Bank) to launch, sell, and continuously improve new and existing card programs while ensuring risk, compliance, and audit performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own P&L for the credit card portfolio and drive profitable growth through analysis of trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Review, modify, and optimize credit card product features and benefits to maximize profitability and meet customer needs.
•Partner with Marketing to communicate product value and improve portfolio metrics.
•Oversee new program development and execution with cross-functional partners to introduce and sell programs on an ongoing basis.
•Ensure effective risk management, compliance, audit performance, and controls, including leading/coaching and managing staff where applicable.
