Key Responsibilities

•Manage strategic planning, budgeting, monthly forecasting, monthly reporting, and ad-hoc analytics.
•Partner with technology, product, and enterprise stakeholders to project, monitor, and manage investments in Small Business Banking and Digital/Omnichannel Banking.
•Own operating expense and CAPEX forecasting, expense reduction support, and development of tools to calculate and track benefits.
•Provide financial stewardship for the division, including month-end close, monthly reviews, rolling forecasts, annual and multi-year planning, and variance/attribution analysis.
•Drive process improvements and reporting automation using analytical tools to manage dashboards and support revenue growth analysis and scenario modeling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,078 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a closely related field, plus 3 years of experience in finance roles (e.g., Financial Specialist, Finance Expert, or Manager – Financing & Analytics).
•At least 3 years using advanced statistical and modeling techniques (including ToolPak) for outlier detection and forecasting.
•At least 3 years analyzing data with SQL and Tableau reports to form hypotheses and make improvement recommendations.
•At least 3 years writing SQL queries in large relational databases and managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
•At least 3 years building automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Excel and using Oracle/Hyperion Planning and Essbase to create annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
