•Own the technical strategy and roadmap for low-latency, usage-based billing infrastructure

•Partner with stakeholders and work backwards from customer needs to define priorities, scope, and engineering standards

Key Requirements

•4+ years of engineering management experience, directly managing and growing teams of 5+ engineers focused on building and shipping products at scale
•8+ years of full-time software development experience
•Track record leading engineering teams for high-traffic, low-latency, extensible systems
•Deep user empathy and a history of working backwards from internal and external customer needs
•Focus on system reliability, operational health, and incident response
