Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop Systems Integrators delivering implementation, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and technical delivery of Entrust solutions.
  • •Oversee technical execution across customer projects to ensure integration delivery quality, security, performance, and operational reliability.
  • •Proactively manage technical, staffing, project, customer, scope, and delivery risks; lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
  • •Serve as a customer-facing escalation point; communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
  • •Monitor utilization, billable hours, delivery effort, and project efficiency to support profitable and predictable Professional Services delivery.

Salary: USD 166,419 - 244,081 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •8+ years in systems integration, software implementation, technical services, solution delivery, software development, support engineering, or related technical work.
  • •3+ years leading, mentoring, coordinating, or managing technical professionals in a customer-facing delivery environment.
  • •Strong technical understanding across integration concepts: infrastructure, enterprise applications, networking, servers, operating systems, databases, security, validation, documentation, and support handoff.
  • •Experience working with demanding, regulated customers (e.g., finance, government, identity, payments/secure credential issuance).
