Dealership Assistant Controller - Dyer & Dyer Volvo

Serve as the dealership’s key accounting executive, partnering with the General Manager and working under the Regional Controller to implement compliant financial policies, controls, and reporting. Maintain accurate accounting records, review schedules and balance sheets, and lead monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation. Support forecasting and budgeting, direct office staff to ensure timely task completion, and recruit, supervise, and develop dealership personnel.
