Job Summary

Build and ship full product features for a mobile-first AI neobank experience, moving across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and internal tools. Create end-to-end customer and internal workflows covering onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, KYC, and risk. Turn ambiguous product problems into reliable systems with strong UX, collaborate with product/design/AI engineers, and own the work post-release through monitoring and debugging.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Develop reliable backend logic and clean UX to turn ambiguous product problems into working systems.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation, and own work beyond release through monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stack.
•Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense with the ability to simplify messy workflows and work end-to-end with ambiguity.
