  • •Make and act on daily move decisions for assigned zones using supervisor and lot-ops dashboard information.
  • •Organize vehicle staging in a safe arrangement to reduce drop-off points and ensure proper work destinations.
  • •Confirm vehicles can operate safely and engage service and towing teams for inoperable vehicles.
  • •Label vehicles with sale and routing labels and communicate inventory status/priorities with crew leaders and managers.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination such as a higher degree/certification beyond HS/GED in a related discipline.
  • •Or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge to identify issues (e.g., flat tires, low gas, jump-starting vehicles).
  • •Preferred: 6 months of auction or driving experience; knowledge of lot operations/lot layout; and knowledge of LDM.
